Colorless transparent liquid or white needle like crystal. It's like the scent of camphor. It is hygroscopic. With ethanol, ethyl acetate, carbon disulfide, turpentine, linseed oil and aromatic hydrocarbon miscible.
Application area:
1. An important chemical raw materials, mainly for the production of adipic acid, hexamethylene diamine, cyclohexanone, caprolactam, stabilizer
2. Can be used as soap, and detergent manufacturing disinfection emulsion for rubber, resin, nitrocellulose, metal soap, oil, ester, ether solvent, mixture of paint, leather degreasing agent, release agent, dry cleaners and polishes.
3..Cyclohexanol is also the raw material of fiber finishing agent, insecticide and plasticizer. Cyclohexanol and phosgene react to get cyclohexyl chloroformate, and it is the intermediate of peroxide two cyclohexyl carbonate.
Health hazards:
